Where do you ship to?
Currently I am shipping to Canada & USA
How long does shipping take?
If shipped within Canada arrival averages within 7 days.
If shipping to the US it averages between 7-10 days.
How do I track my order?
All packages shipped will have a tracking number.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
How long does it take to process my return?

How long does it take to create a doll?
I am the sole sewist for my business. Each doll takes up to 4 hours to create.
Can I wash my JeanBean Doll?
Spot cleaning is recommended. But if soiled you can place the doll without the outfit in a pillowcase and wash on delicate cycle.
Do not place in the dryer. Lay flat to dry.
The outfit should be hand washed. Lay flat to dry. And iron after if you like.
How do I wash a lovey?
I recommend placing in a pillow case and on delicate cycle. Minky fabric does not do well with dryer heat. So laying flat to dry is best.
Do you take custom orders?
I am currently not accepting custom orders.
